Pathfinder Progress, a leading provider of behavior analytic and mental health services for individuals with autism or related diagnoses, is in search of motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We seek team members who practice in order to advance the field of behavior analysis and provide effective intervention. 


 Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Summary: This is a management-level position, but will require extensive hands-on time in the field, probing and implementing interventions, conducting and supervising assessments, collaborating with other professionals, reviewing documentation, and training staff. 

Essential Job Duties: 

  • Provides clinical supervision and program management for behavior therapists and interns 

  • Provides parent/caregiver training  

  • Conducts staff training as needed 

  • Collaborates in order to devise behavior goals, complete relevant parts of progress reports, exit summaries, and transition reports; and participate in IEP meetings 

  • Coordinates with other program staff to ensure program consistency 

  • Maintains a professional presentation and demeanor at all times 

  • Other duties as assigned 


  • Minimum Education:  Masters degree in psychology, education, special education, social work or related field 

  • BCBA required or eligibility to sit for exam 

  • Able to manage staff, work with families, provide parent training, and/or teach groups of parents/families and supervise programs 

  • Able to collect data for purposes of program evaluation and program management 

  • Able to write treatment goals and develop effective programs  

  • Able to implement interventions in natural settings and environments such as in the home, in classrooms and/or in the community 

  • Familiar with and able to work with standardized assessments 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to produce written reports 

  • Able to work independently 

Other requirements: 

  • Staff must be able to physically lift and carry up to 20 pounds (e.g., grocery items, house ware items, move furniture), as well as be able to physically assist, guide, and facilitate movement for clients that may need physical assistance 

  • Driving is REQUIRED for this position 

  • Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance 

  • Current TB clearance, immunization record 

  • Fingerprint clearance through the BCI and FBI
